This 8-home enclave in Encinitas embodies mid-century modern design with a coastal sensibility. Each single-story residence (4,340–5,540 sq. ft.) features expansive sliding doors, blurring the line between indoors and out. Thoughtfully designed for function and flow, every homesite includes an ADU or pool house, enhancing versatility. Clean lines, natural materials, and seamless integration with the landscape create a timeless coastal retreat.
